I thought I was living the American dream…

I came from a good family. I went to college, met a boy, got married, started a career, bought a house, and had two children (a girl and a boy). It was about having it all.

As time went on, I felt I needed to be a supermom and a super career woman to keep things running smoothly and be happy.

The demands of my toxic work environment grew, the kids got older, and my marriage took the back seat.

Then one day I woke up and found myself 20-25 lbs overweight, getting pushed out of my position at work and numbing myself with wine. I just could not believe this was happening to me.

How we feel at work has a lot to do with our health and our home life. I wanted to be part of a new dynamic in the workplace, one that would support the people first, giving them the foundation necessary to thrive in the workplace.

As a health and weight loss clinician and lifestyle coach, I’ve developed and led health and wellness programs throughout my career.

I currently volunteer as a co-chair on the Health and Wellness committee at a local community hospital where I’m helping to develop their Workplace Wellness program.

I am called to lead a movement to change the culture of the traditional workplace.

Together we can create a world where leadership is based on promoting the well-being of our teams, so they can be more productive, resilient and fulfilled!
